Energy Efficient Design
My early years in Europe taught me the value of using the space and energy available as efficiently as possible.
So when I design a project – whether it’s remodeling an existing space or building an addition or a new home altogether – I design with sustainability in mind.
I have designed one of only 15 homes in America LEED-certified as passive. That means it is a well-insulated, virtually air-tight building that is primarily heated by passive solar gain. Energy loses are minimized, resulting in savings of up to 90% of energy consumption.
So ask me about green building, and I’ll explain how your next project can be both beautiful and bear a small footprint.
- Energy efficient
- Renewable energy
- Water efficient
- Land smart
- Healthy and safe
- Sustainable construction
- High performance building
